• The poster dimensions must be 90 cm x 118 cm (A0 size).

• The presenters are requested to place their posters before 30 min earlier to their allotted poster session.

• The presenter needs to be available near their presentation throughout the schedule.

• Presenters are free to use desired text, images and graphs as needed for their presentations, provided that clarity is maintained.

• Each presentation is allotted a total of 10 minutes—8 minutes for presenting and 2 minutes for Q&A or discussion.  

• Participants are encouraged to limit their presentation to a maximum of 15 slides, including the introduction and conclusion.  

• The first slide should clearly display the presentation ID and title.  

•  Slides must be in widescreen format (16:9).  

• A consistent layout should be maintained across all slides.  

• Presentations must be submitted in ".pptx" format (Microsoft PowerPoint).  

• Presenters may include text, images, and graphs as needed, as long as the overall clarity of the presentation is preserved.
